Diamond Eagle Single Head Bandsaw

Overview

The Diamond Eagle Band Saw is a beefed up version of an already beefed up machine. Our Diamond Eagle excels in tough environments particularly frozen lumber. The 4" blade on the Diamond Eagle Band Saw produces relatively dust-free lumber.

Maximum Material Size

Standard 8” or 12" wide X 10" tall cants. Band will adjust up to cut 12" tall

Lumber Height Adjustment

Hydraulically adjusted to allow any combination of cuts
Band equipped with quick blocks to set cut height

Band Tracking

Precision machined slide plate with hand wheel adjustments to align and track blade in all directions

Angle of Attack

Band enters cut on a 5 degree angle to wood flow to reduce shock on band
This translates into longer blade life and a better finished product

Blade tension

Large industrial air bag maintains constant pressure on blade, absorbs shock and permits easy blade change

Blade Guards

Large steel doors enable operator to change blades easily while serving as protection and dust enclosure

Electrical Panel
